Finally, a cca break. Well, not really very amazing or whatever but well, a break is still a break. Well-deserved one though , after winning two medals in a row, as in well perhaps for me. Obvious that those really enthu people like captains vice captains whatevers would insist that they do not have enough trainings to begin with.
Well nevermind, come to think of it lets just talk about all these competitions that i had in the past month so far.For starters , there is the most renowned National Schools, in which basically just about almost any sport has National Schools , in which basically for canoeing it is just a competition to see who rows the boat faster and stuff. It is basically race to see who clocks the best timing, as in the fastest timing and thus win the race. There are many different types of canoes , and thus many different races for the different types, there are the K boats, basically sleek fast canoes which are the best in the whole legion , suited for speed and comes in many different boat pairings like the K1 , which is for one guy only, followed by K2 for two people to row as well as the K4 , for 4 people to row.
There is also the T Boats , in which these are amongst all the boats are the slowest , in which there are only T1 as well as T2 s . This is considered the beginner boat.After this there are the C boats. All other canoes are built for sitting down. The C Boats are those meant for people to stand up and paddle. Although it kind of looks quite cool, it is extremely tiring and rather hard to balance on it. There are C1s and C2s.
I take the K boat races only. I took part in the K1 as well as the k4 races. The K1 was indeed an epic failure and well i would not wish to say out how badly i failed. For the K4 however, it was a close fight and we emerged in 3rd out of about 4 or 5 boats -can't remember.
